The rules for using WhatsClaw

The website's tools are free to use, with no account required. You may use them for personal or commercial work. Don't use the site to process content you don't have the right to process, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to scrape or systematically harvest the site's tools or content for a competing product.

Tools are provided "as is." A conversion, an AI-assisted rewrite, or a background-removal result is an estimate, not a guarantee — always check the output before relying on it for anything important.

WhatsClaw PDF is free to download and use. The free tier includes daily limits on certain tools (OCR, merge, compress) and reserves some features — batch operations, password protection, files over 25MB, and ad-free use — for subscribers. Every tool works enough on the free tier to complete at least one real task before any upgrade prompt appears.

Pro subscription. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play, at the price and period shown on the purchase screen and in Play's own confirmation before you pay (currently ₹1,899/year, with an optional ₹199/month plan; promotional pricing may be shown at checkout for a limited time). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Play Store app (Menu → Subscriptions) — cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy, not by us directly. We verify purchases server-side against Google Play to unlock Pro features — see the Privacy Policy for what that involves.

Free-tier use of WhatsClaw PDF is supported by ads served through Google AdMob — banner, interstitial (shown only after you successfully complete a task, never mid-task), and optional rewarded ads that unlock a specific, clearly-stated extra (like one more OCR page) only if you choose to watch one. Ads never appear during scanning, editing, export, onboarding, or the purchase screen. Pro subscribers see no ads. See the Privacy Policy for what AdMob collects to serve an ad.

WhatsClaw PDF includes an optional referral program: share your code or link, and once someone you referred installs the app, enters your code, and completes their first paid annual subscription that survives Google Play's refund window, you're credited free months of Pro (cumulative reward tiers, shown in-app). The person you referred may also see a discount on their first purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse a referral reward if we reasonably determine it resulted from abuse — referring yourself, using multiple devices or accounts to generate fake referrals, reused or shared codes claimed in bulk, or any other attempt to game the program. Flagged referrals are reviewed before a reward is released, not after.

• Don't use either product to process, store, or distribute content you don't have the legal right to handle.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the app's purchase verification, feature gates, or ad serving.
• Don't use automated means to interact with ads (your own or anyone else's) — this violates AdMob's policies and puts the whole program at risk for everyone.
• Don't use the referral program to generate fraudulent signups or rewards.

The website's and app's code, design, and branding belong to WhatsClaw. You retain full ownership of any file, document, or content you process with either product — we never claim any right to it, and (per the Privacy Policy) we don't see it in the first place.

Both products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee a tool's output is error-free, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhatsClaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of either product, including loss of data — always keep your own backup of anything important.

We may suspend or terminate access to either product for anyone who violates these terms, including referral or ad abuse. You can stop using either product at any time; uninstalling the app or simply not returning to the site is enough — there's no account to delete because none exists by default. An active Pro subscription is managed and cancelled through Google Play, not by contacting us.

If these terms change, the effective date above will be updated. Material changes — a new fee, a new data use, a change to the referral program's reward structure — will also be reflected here before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
